My name is Kristen Kirschenmann and I am the owner of Assist-2-Sell Advantage Realty in the wonderful city of Encinitas. I have a degree from the University of Southern California and worked in litigated insurance claims defense prior to beginning my real estate career, which has included working as a Realtor® with Willis Allen Real Estate in La Jolla and Century 21 Sea Coast in La Costa.

We advertise your home, hold open houses, show your home to buyers, handle all negotiations and paperwork, help buyers obtain financing, and do everything necessary to assure a smooth closing. The total fee is only $4,995* (*$5,995 for properties over $700,000) and of course, you only pay us when the home sells! There are no up-front fees, advertising charges or other hidden fees. We call it "Full Service with $avings!". Homes listed under this pro-gram are not placed in the MLS.
"MLS FOR LESS®" Marketing Program
Our "MLS For Less!" marketing program includes all the services you need to sell your home including placement into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Why pay six percent when we offer the same benefits for only four percent? Homes listed in the MLS are exposed to the over 14,000 members of the San Diego Association of Realtors®.The MLS is an extremely powerful marketing tool. Buyers enjoy the assistance of a Realtor® in shopping for a home and the total commission you pay is only four percent. Plus, if one of our agents sells your home the total commission will still be only $4,995!*.
